Shirt with collar has front button closing and set in sleeves. Back yoke joins front in forward should seam. V1,2 have long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V1,3 have one pocket. Top stitched V2 has two pockets. V3 tuck in short sleeve creates band effect. The pattern has been used, is in good condition and complete with the instructions. The original envelope has been cut apart, front is glued onto an 7 x 9 envelope, the back is inside the envelope. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do combine shipping.
