Simplicity vintage pattern 7783, dated 1968 for a girl's dress or jumper in a chubbie size 10 1/2. This will fit a child with the following measurements:

The collarless dress View 1 and jumper View 2 have slightly lowered round neckline and back zipper. Dress View 1 has short set-in sleeves, lace edging jabot and ribbon trim. Jumper View 2 is sleeveless and has optional purchased belt. Blouse is not included in pattern. The pattern is UNCUT AND UNUSED is in good condition and is complete with the instructions.
