Buttoned fitted blazer has notched collar, patch pockets, two piece, button trimmed sleeves and back vent. Buttoned vest has buckled back belts. The pattern, in good condition, has been used and is complete with the instructions. There is no envelope, there is a black & white copy taped to the front and a black & white a copy of the back on the inside, all of the information on the back is complete and readable.
