Simplicity vintage pattern 5009, dated 1972, for misses' designer dress, tunic and pants in size 12. This will fit a misses' with the following measurements:
(Size 12 - Bust-34, Waist-26 1/2, Hip-36)
The pants have back zipper and waistband. The dress or tunic with front cut out has front inset, back bodice, back zipper and neck band. The dress is sleeveless. The tunic has short set in sleeves. The pattern has been used, is good condition and is complete with the instructions. The envelope is in fair condition, all of the information on the back is complete and readable.
