This is Simplicity pattern 8716 dated 1993 for a child's pants and lined vest in sizes 2-6X. This will fit a child with the following measurements:

Sz 4 (breast 23, waist 21, hips 24, height 41”)
Sz 5 (breast 24, waist 21 ½, hips 25)
Sz 6 (breast 25, waist 22, hips 26)
Sz 6x (breast 25 ½, waist 22 ½, hips 26 ½)
