Blouse with self-ruffle detail is gathered to yoke. View 1 or 2 with front opening has elasticized sleeves gathered to armholes. View 1 with long sleeves has collar and ribbon ties. Collarless View 2 with loop and button has short sleeves. Collarless and sleeveless View 3 has pockets. The envelope is in fair condition and all the information on the back is very legible.
