Simplicity vintage pattern 7812, dated 1976, for a child's shirt, top and pants in size 10. This will fit a child with the following measurements:

UNUSED transfer for applique is included. Top stitched shirt, pants and top have optional appliques. Top has back slit opening and long set in sleeves. Shirt with front button closing has shirt collar, pockets, long set in sleeves with buttoned cuffs and shirt tail hem. Pants with fly front zipper and pockets have waistband with self carriers. The pattern has been used is in good condition and is complete with the instructions. The envelope is in fair condition, all of the information on the back is complete and readable.
