Simplicity pattern 5649, not dated but is from the 1960's, for a teen's jumper in 3 variations in size 12T. This will fit a teen with the following measurements:

A line jumper features a V neckline, back zipper closing. View 1 is trimmed with flat woven braid. View 2 has flap and button detail. A purchased belt may be slipped under flaps.
