Skirt has back zipper, front pleats and waistband. Loose fitting blouse gathered to forward shoulder seams has front button closing, neck band with self ruffles, set in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and optional tie. Jacket has long set in sleeves and optional welt pockets. The envelope is in good condition and all the information on the back is very legible.
